CircleApp – Shipping & Return Policy

CircleApp is a travel discovery, booking, and resale platform that connects users with third-party travel providers, event organizers, and suppliers worldwide. Because CircleApp operates primarily as a travel reseller and travel agent, refund, return, cancellation, and shipping policies vary depending on the product and provider.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy Overview

  • CircleApp does not directly process payments for most flights, hotels, tours, or experiences unless clearly stated (such as CircleApp-hosted events).

  • Refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, and shipping terms are governed by the third-party supplier’s policies.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, without exception.

  • Payment plans or financing options (e.g., Flex Pay, Klarna) do not override refund policies.

  • By booking through CircleApp, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and the supplier’s terms.

2. Flights, Hotels, Cruises & Travel Services

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All flight, hotel, cruise, and travel service bookings are subject to the rules of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or supplier where the booking is made.

  • CircleApp cannot issue refunds for bookings controlled by third-party providers.

  • Some bookings may be:

    • Non-refundable

    • Partially refundable

    • Credit-only

    • Subject to change or cancellation fees

These terms are determined solely by the supplier.

Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes to bookings depend on:

    • Supplier availability

    • Supplier change fees

    • Fare or rate differences

CircleApp cannot guarantee changes or fee waivers.

3. Events, Group Trips & CircleApp-Hosted Experiences

For CircleApp-hosted events, retreats, group trips, or curated experiences:

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable

  • Remaining balances may be refundable only if explicitly stated in the event’s terms

  • Failure to complete payments may result in loss of your spot without refund

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Missed events or activities

    • No-shows

    • Failure to secure travel documents

    • Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts

Each event listing will include specific terms at checkout, which take precedence over general policy language.

4. Costumes, Festival Wear & Destination Deliveries

For costumes or event apparel offered through CircleApp partnerships:

  • Costumes are typically custom-made or pre-allocated

  • All costume purchases are final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Costumes may be:

    • Delivered at destination

    • Picked up upon arrival

    • Managed directly by the costume designer or event organizer

CircleApp is not responsible for:

  • Fit or sizing issues

  • Design changes

  • Delays caused by the costume provider

5. Shipping Policy (Current & Future Products)

Physical Products (Future Offerings)

CircleApp may offer branded merchandise or travel accessories (e.g., apparel, travel gear, stationery) in the future.

When available:

  • Shipping details will be displayed at checkout

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • CircleApp is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses

International Shipping

  • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

6. Payment Plans & Financing

  • Payment plans and financing options (Flex Pay, Klarna, etc.) are provided by third-party services

  • Using financing does not change refund eligibility

  • Refunds (if applicable) follow the original supplier’s policy

  • Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation without refund

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Chargebacks filed for:

    • Non-refundable deposits

    • Supplier-governed bookings

may result in:

  • Booking cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Restricted access to CircleApp services

We strongly encourage users to contact CircleApp before initiating a chargeback.

Final Acknowledgment

CircleApp acts as a travel facilitator and booking intermediary, not the service provider. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable supplier’s terms and this policy.
