The Basics
Quick update on booking + financing, since a few questions have come up.
Right now, full payment is NOT required to secure your spot.
Here’s how it works:
• Hotel booking is deposit-only
You’ll place a deposit to reserve your room. The remaining balance is paid directly to the hotel at your stay.
• Costumes & upgrades are also deposit-based
Final costume payment invoices will be sent out July 2, 2026.
Because of this setup, many people may not need financing at all — you’ll have time to plan and spread out payments naturally.
That said, financing is available for those who prefer it.
If you choose to finance, you’ll receive a Flex Pay application after indicating interest. Approval is subject to Flex Pay’s terms and review.
