CircleApp exists to create a safe, respectful, and empowering space for people to connect, especially around travel, culture, and shared experiences.

Every user plays a role in protecting this community.

Who This Applies To

These guidelines apply to all users aged 14 and up, across all interactions, including:

  • Profiles

  • Messages

  • Comments

  • Posts

  • Community interactions

What’s Expected

We expect all users to:

  • Treat others with respect and dignity

  • Communicate honestly and responsibly

  • Respect cultural, personal, and individual differences

  • Use the platform for positive connection and engagement

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy

CircleApp has zero tolerance for the following behaviors:

Bullying & Harassment

  • Repeated unwanted messages

  • Personal attacks, insults, or intimidation

  • Mocking, shaming, or targeting others

  • Encouraging self-harm or emotional harm

Hate & Discrimination

  • Hate speech of any kind

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality

Exploitation or Predatory Behavior

  • Grooming or inappropriate behavior toward minors

  • Manipulation, coercion, or threats

  • Unwanted sexual content or advances

Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Violent threats

  • Encouragement of illegal activity

  • Deliberate misinformation meant to harm others

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent removal from the platform without warning

Severe or repeated violations will result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to act in the best interest of community safety at all times.

Reporting & Accountability

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Use in-app reporting tools

  • Contact CircleApp support

All reports are taken seriously and reviewed.

Final Note

CircleApp is not just an app — it’s a community.

If your presence disrupts the safety, peace, or dignity of others, CircleApp is not the place for you.
