Welcome to CircleApp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CircleApp ("CircleApp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the CircleApp platform, including the website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

User Eligibility 1.1 Age Restriction: The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 17 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 17 years of age or older. If you are under 17 years old, you may not use the Service.

User Content 2.1 Posting Content: The Service allows you to post, upload, share, or submit various types of content, including travel stories, photos, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). 2.2 Ownership and License: By posting User Content on CircleApp, you acknowledge and agree that you grant CircleApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service. CircleApp does not claim ownership of your User Content. 2.3 Copyright Compliance: You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post, share, or submit your User Content on CircleApp. You further agree to adhere to all applicable copyright laws and not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. 2.4 Content Removal: CircleApp reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

User Obligations 3.1 Acceptable Use: By using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies provided by CircleApp. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes or engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the Service or its users. 3.2 Prohibited Content: You shall not post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. CircleApp reserves the right to remove any such content and take appropriate action, including the termination of your access to the Service. 3.3 Compliance: You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Service, including but not limited to privacy laws, data protection laws, and intellectual property laws.

Intellectual Property 4.1 CircleApp Ownership: All intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and trade secrets, are the property of CircleApp. You shall not use, copy, modify, or distribute any such intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Termination 5.1 Termination by CircleApp: CircleApp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct. 5.2 Termination by User: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing your access to the Service and deleting your account, subject to any obligations and liabilities accrued before the termination.
