Code of Conduct

CircleApp is committed to creating a safe and inclusive community for all users. By accessing and using CircleApp, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension from the app.

Respectful and Kind Behavior 1.1 Be Respectful: Treat other users with kindness, respect, and empathy. Avoid engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. 1.2 Positive Interaction: Foster a positive and constructive environment by engaging in meaningful conversations, providing helpful feedback, and promoting a supportive community spirit.

Appropriate Content 2.1 No Nudity or Sexual Content: Do not post or share explicit or sexually explicit content, including nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material. 2.2 No Foul Language: Refrain from using offensive, vulgar, or profane language. Maintain a respectful and family-friendly atmosphere in all communications. 2.3 No Bullying: CircleApp has a zero-tolerance policy against bullying. Do not engage in bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind towards other users. Report any instances of bullying promptly.

Trips Management and Safety 3.1 Use "Trips" for Travel Planning: All travel plans, including trip coordination and management, should be conducted through our designated app feature called "Trips." Avoid sharing personal contact information until you have established a level of trust with other users. 3.2 Personal Safety: CircleApp does not take responsibility for the safety of users during their travels. Users planning to travel together are solely responsible for their safety. We recommend thoroughly getting to know anyone you plan to travel with and arranging a meeting before embarking on a trip.

Reporting Violations 4.1 Reporting Misconduct: If you encounter any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct or feel unsafe or uncomfortable, report the incident promptly to CircleApp. We encourage users to report any violations, including instances of bullying or inappropriate content. 4.2 Confidentiality: CircleApp will handle all reports and investigations confidentially. Please provide as much detail as possible when reporting an incident.

Enforcement and Consequences 5.1 Consequences for Bullying: CircleApp maintains a strict policy against bullying. Users found guilty of bullying will be permanently deleted from the app and will not be permitted to rejoin CircleApp until after a 6-month period. 5.2 Penalties for Violations: Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access to CircleApp. CircleApp reserves the right to take appropriate action at its discretion.
